I know for me my "what's next" attitude is what drives me forward and pushes me to explore new opportunities and challenges. However, my pursuit of the next accomplishment sometimes keeps me from enjoying what I already have.

Get out your trusty timer - it's brain dump time! You've got 10 minutes to write down all the things in your life that you are proud of. This is toot your own horn time. No need to hold back - no one else will see this list. What goals have you set for yourself that you accomplished or are still working toward? These can be professional and personal and nothing is too little to be on the list.
If you have trouble thinking of things before the timer is up - that's okay. Let your mind wander. You will be surprised at the things you will recall if you give yourself the space to remember. When you are done - read this list to yourself. Put somewhere you can access frequently. SMILE!
