This recipe is great because it has two different dipping sauces to try. You and your friends can compare and contrast!
1 pkg. chicken bouillon supplement, dry
16 oz. ground turkey breast
8 oz. each chopped: green onions and green peppers
1/2 tsp. each: paprika, oregano, chili powder
Italian Sauce:
1 pkg. tomato basil supplement, prepared in 8 oz.
hot water
1 Tbsp. each: apple cider vinegar, dijonnaise
1/2 tsp. each: sea salt, paprika, oregano, basil, chili
powder
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
4 pkgs. grape concentrate supplement
1/2 c. French’s mustard
Mix ground turkey, green onions and green peppers together
with chicken bouillon, paprika, oregano and chili powder.
Form into balls. (Tip: weigh into 1/2 oz. or 1 oz. balls for easy
measuring). Spray skillet with Pam. Brown turkey balls on
medium heat until brown and thoroughly cooked. Meanwhile,
mix ingredients for sauce, then pour over meatballs. Turn heat
to low and let simmer in sauce. Servings: 3-4
