As an avid football fan, I am often asked how I manage my waistline during football season. Alcohol and traditional tailgate foods can pack on the pounds! But it's really pretty easy to enjoy rich, decadent and totally football friendly food. So today I thought I'd take a picture of what my husband and I will eat during the playoff games. This is easy, extremely satisfying, and delicious!
I have blue goat cheese, Wisconsin cheddar, and jarlsberg surrounded by hazelnuts, multi-grain crackers, pink lady apple slices and ginger snaps. YUMMY!
